It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we, the family of late Winnie Savery, announce her peaceful passing on Wednesday September 21 ^st , 2022 at Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Centre at the age of 91 years, with her loving family by her side. Winnie was the daughter of the late Edward and Elizabeth Andrews (nee Senior). She was also predeceased by her husband; Louis Savery, father and mother; Edward and Elizabeth Andrews, father and mother in-law; George and Julia Savery, son-in-law; Sam Lomond, brothers-in-law; Gerald Poole, Albert (Marion), Thomas (Elsie) George (Lena) Ulrick (Bubbles) Savery, sister; Ada (Danny) McCann, Lillian (John) Buchanan, Clarice (Garf) Nash.

She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children; Liz Lomond, Edward (Joanne) Savery of Elllershoush, NS,  Elaine (Tim) Pike of Port aux Basques, NL, grandchildren; Robert (Dale) Lomond, Dawn Pike (Andrew), Angela Svery, Corey Lomand, great grandchildren; Blake and Devon Lomond, Trinity Patey and Jaxon Elliot, sister; Caroline (Robert) Chualk of Charlottetown, NL, Shirley Calgary, and Marge (Tom) of Lyden of Ontario, sister in law; Joan Savery, life long friend Mable savory and Pen pal Annie Cooper as well as a large circle of nephews nieces and friends.

Thank you to her caregivers; Marlene Kendall, Betty Osmond, Wendy Ashford and Holly Hoyles also to the staff at mountain hope manor for the loving, care and kindness given to our mother. The family would also like to say thank you to the staff of Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Centre for your thoughtfulness and care it will always be remembered.

Visitation will be held on Monday September 26 ^th from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm at at East Haven funeral Home Inc., 57 Grand Bay Road, Port aux Basques, NL. Cremation will follow. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday September 28 ^th at 2 p.m. from St. James Anglican Church, Channel-Port aux Basques officiated by Rev. Jane Allen. Interment to follow at St. James Anglican Cemetery, Barachois Hill. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Winnie can be made to the Janeway.
