It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of the late Theresa Rose Knee (nee Pentecost) announce her peaceful passing just after her 88 ^th b irthday at the Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Centre in Port aux Basques, NL on Tuesday, August 2 ^nd , 2022.

Born in Sydney Mines, NS, Theresa was the daughter of the late Jack and Margret Pen t ecost (nee Mcguiagan). She was also predeceased by her husband; Alex Knee, brothers and sisters; Artie, Johnny, Stephen, David Jimmy, Christina, Bernadette, and Rosie, father and mother-in-law; Alex and Grace Knee, brothers-in-law; Ross and Montford Knee.

She leaves behind her sister; Florence Power, sister-in-law; Ann (Albert) Cousins, old time friends; Junior and Viola, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Theresa was a quiet, fun loving person who always liked to dance to a bit of music. The family would like to take the time to extend their thanks to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff on Long Term Care at Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Centre. Everyone's tireless efforts; the care and compassion you all gave Theresa over the years, have not went unnoticed. Thank you.

In keeping with Theresa's wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 5 ^th , 2022 from 1-2 pm at East Haven Funeral Home Inc., 57 Grand Bay Road, Port aux Basques. Interment to follow at Hillside Haven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of ones choice.
