It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of the late Roxanne Elaine (nee Carter) p assed peacefully away on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at the Health Sciences Centre in St. John's at the age of 50 years. Predeceased by her father and mother: William and Florence Carter; father and mother-in-law: Patrick and Catherine Farrell; brother-in-law Paddy Farrell and sister-in-law Jaimie Farrell.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Neil; daughter Megan (Benjamin); fur baby Mya; brother Glenn Carter (Nicole); niece Ashley Carter; grandmother Susie Matthews; special aunt Coleen Fudge (Eric); brothers and sisters-in-law: Pat Burton (Vince), Andrew Farrell (Lorraine), Geraldine Mahon, Agnes Barnes (Don), Gerard Farrell (Angie), Nick Farrell (Diane), Greg Farrell, Karen Hollahan (Wayne), Carmel Trask (Tony), Joanne Farrell (Bill), Jennifer Farrell (Marvin), Jackie Gosse (Paul), Mary Connors (Dean) and Jason Farrell (Tammy); special friends: Paulette MacIsaac and Jennifer Burt; a large number of other nieces, nephews and a large circle of friends. On Monday June 17, Roxanne's family will be receiving friends and relatives at East Haven Funeral Home, 57 Grand Bay Road in Port aux Basques form 1-4 and 6-9 pm and on Tuesday morning from the hours of 10 am to 12 noon. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday afternoon 2 pm at St. Paul's Anglican church, Grand Bay officiated by Rev. Clayton Billard, inurnment will take place at a later date.
