It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ronald Sheaves announces his passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on June 21 at the age of 69 years. Ronald was the son of the late Clement and Jane Sheaves. He was also predeceased by his sisters Shirley Hann, Eileen White and Genevie Sheaves. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Raylene, children Rhonda (Shawn) Walters Port aux Basques and Vicki (Paul) Ploughman Stephenville, grandchildren Dryden, Drew, Mary and Rose, brothers Roy (Edna) Sheaves and Alvin (Sharon) Sheaves Port aux Basques plus a large circle of nieces, nephews and extended family members. In keeping with Ronald's wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation took place on Tuesday, June 23 from 7-9 PM and Wednesday, June 24 from 11 AM until 2 PM. Funeral services took place on Wednesday, June 24 at 2 PM from East Haven Funeral Home with Rev. Patricia Ritchie officiating. Interment to follow at St. James Anglican Cemetery. Flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
