Nicole Sandra
Irene Billard
Jul 17, 1982 — May 12, 2024
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nicole Sandra Irene Billard, who departed from this world on May 12, 2024, at the Dr. Charles L LeGrow Health Centre. Nicole was born on July 17, 1982, in Port aux Basques, to her loving parents Hiram and Cindy Billard. Nicole was a cherished daughter, a devoted mother, and a beloved sister, aunt, niece, and friend.
She is survived by her two handsome sons, Cole and Luke, who were the center of her universe and the source of her endless joy. Nicole's dedication to her sons was unwavering, and her love for them knew no bounds. In addition to her sons, Nicole is survived by her brother Adam (Brittany); nephews Beau, Rogan, Marc (Nikita); nieces Cali and Jersey; Fernon; mother-in-law Ruth; sisters-in-law Marcheta (Harlan) and Debbie (Alvin); brother in-law Jerry; her two fur babies Clover and Poppy; plus a very large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and so many friends that were also her family, that it is impossible to list them all.
She touched the hearts of all the children she had in Aunties House Day Care with her warmth, nurturing, and genuine kindness. Her radiant smile could brighten even the darkest of days, and her humorous sarcastic presence brought light and love to all those around her. Nicole faced challenges with grace and courage, always putting her family and loved ones first. She proudly served on the board for the Gateway Status of Women. Her legacy of love, compassion, and strength will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
Nicole was preceded by her grandparents Cecil & Lucy Osmond and John & Melita Billard; her sister in law Arlene Seaward LeRiche; and waiting for her at rainbow bridge was her precious Kya.
Special thanks to the doctors nurses and staff of Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Centre and Community Health for their care and compassion.
Visitation will take place on Monday, May 13th, 2024 from 7-9 PM and Tuesday, May 14th, 2024 from 2-9 PM at East Haven Funeral Home, 57 Grand Bay Road, Port aux Basques, NL. Cremation will follow.
