It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Maisie Faries, of Isle aux Morts NL, announce her peaceful passing on April 6 ^th , 2023 at the age of 91 years at the Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Centre, in Port aux Basques, NL. Maisie was the daughter of the late Ernest and Elizabeth Harris (nee Wilson). She was also predeceased by her husband, William Thomas.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her sons, Glen (Shirley) Faries of Victoria, BC and Vincent (Lonna) Faries of Isle aux Morts, NL; grandchildren, Trent and Samantha; special friends, Bill, Beatrice, Emmunal and Conway Lawrence; plus a large circle of nieces, nephews, friends and relatives in the United Kingdom.

The family would like to thank the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Centre for the care and compassion that was given to Maisie over the last couple of weeks.

In keeping with Maisie's wishes cremation has taken place. Visitation will be at the Holy Spirit Anglican Church in Isle aux Morts on Wednesday, April 12 ^th. 2023 fr om 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. The celebration of life will be held at Holy Spirit Anglican Church on Thursday, April 13 ^th at 11 am officiated by Rev Deacon Herb Park. In lieu of flowers donations in Maisie's memory can be made to Holy Spirit Anglican Church.
