It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of the late Lloyd Meade announce his peaceful passing at his residence in Margaree on Thursday May 11, 2023 at the age of 76 years. Born in Fox Roost, NL. Lloyd was the son to the late Clarence and Hazel Meade. He was also predeceased by his sisters, Loretta and Joan (Eldon); sister in-law, Joan; and waiting for him at rainbow bridge, was his fur baby Bella.

With precious memories he leaves to mourn; his daughter, Connie; brothers, Gordon, Ernest (Jane), Clarence (Marion), Don (Ida), Terry (Maggie); Sister, Margaret (Hubert); brother in-law, Gerald (Debbie) plus a large circle of nieces, nephews and friends.

A special thank you to Pauline for all her care and compassion given to Lloyd over the years.

In keeping with Lloyd's wishes cremation has taken place. There will be a visitation on Sunday, May 14th  2023 from 7-9 pm at St. Augustine's Church in Margaree. The funeral will take place on Monday, May 15th 2023 at 2 pm officiated by Decon Herb Park . Interment will follow at Hillside Haven Cemetery.
