We, the family of the late John Albert Leamon, are saddened to announce the passing of our husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and brother in-law. John will be surely missed by his loving wife of 55 years, Linda; sons Ches (Christine), Perry (Dana), Colin; daughter, Colleen (Shawn); grandchildren, Sabrina, Samantha, Brandon, Lucas, Brady, Brianna; great-grandchildren, Ava, Adyson, Presley, Tristan, Lincoln, plus many nieces and nephews.

John passed away peacefully at home on January 19th, 2024. He was predeceased by his son Ross Edgar; parents, Joshua and Elsie; sisters, Diane and Shelia, as will as brothers and sisters in law of the Warren family.

John enjoyed hunting, riding his side by side and berry picking with his wife, Linda. Anyone that knew him, knew he liked to joke, pull pranks  and tell stories of time gone by.

The family would like to thank Dr. Thomas for all your compassion and care for him through the years and Jessica Hillard for all your help and support in his care. Also, we would like to thank his home care workers and East Haven Funeral Home for providing care for him. In respecting his wishes, cremation has taken place and a service will be held at a further date with his family.
