It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of the late Jamie Jerome Marvin King, announce his sudden passing, on Thursday August, 22nd 2024, at the age of 50 years.

Born in Burnt Islands, Jamie was the son of the late Jack and Mildred (nee Voutier) King. He was also predeceased by; his nephew Adam King, father in law William Spicer and brother in law Perry Anderson.

Jamie will be forever missed and remembered by his loving common law spouse April Anderson and his only child Cassandra Anderson, who he adored and meant the world to him. He also leaves to morn; his sister Cathy (Edward) Edmunds, brothers, Jackie (Colleen) King, Christopher (Sharon) King; his mother in-law Eva Anderson; nieces, Geniene, Jenna, Gina, Janelle, and Chantel; nephew Christopher; great nieces and nephew, Peyton, Rylee and Waytt; Special friend George Thorne. He will also be greatly missed by his fur babies Remi and Rocco as well as a large circle of family and friends.

Jamie loved the great outdoors, moose hunting, fishing and duck hunting. He also had a passion for carpentry.

Cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place on September 1st  from 2-5 PM and 8-9 PM at St. George's Anglican Church in Burnt Island. Internment will take place at a later date. Flowers are graciously accepted. Donations in Jamie's memory can be made to the family.
