Known for his quick wit and infectious laughter, he had a knack for lightening the mood even during the most challenging fishing seasons. His genuine love for his children was evident in the way his eyes sparkled when he spoke of them, but it was his grandchildren who truly captured his heart and filled his world with joy. Always ready to lend a hand, he often volunteered for babysitting duties, relishing the precious moments spent creating memories with them.
