I t is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of the late Frederick (Fred) Hatcher announce s his peaceful passing at the Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Centre in Port aux Basques, NL on Friday, March 19 ^th , 2021 at the age of 86 years. Born in Rose Blanche, NL, Fred was the son of the late Norman and Harriett Hatcher (nee Mauger). H e was also predeceased by his son; Robert Hatcher, brother; Eric Hatcher, father and mother-in-law; Mary Elizabeth and George Parsons, brothers-in-law; Calvin Parsons and Leonard Musseau.

Fred also leaves behind h is brothers; Gerald (Catherine) Hatcher, Cecil Hatcher both of Rose Blanche, NL, Kevin (Joyce) Hatcher of Timberlea, NS, s isters; Norma (Levi) Savoury of Port aux Basques, NL, Ruby (Robert) Humpheries of Corner Brook, NL , sisters-in-law; Ella Parsons of Marystown, NL, Loretta Hatcher of Rose Blanche, NL, Katherine Musseau of Port aux Basques, NL, Eudevilla (Ron) Dolomount of Corner Brook, NL, and Janet (Clifford) Bateman of Rose Blanche, NL, plus a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

A special thank you to the doctors and staff at the Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Centre for the kindness and compassion shown to Fred during his stay .

Visitation will be held on Sun day, March 21 ^st from 2- 4 and 7-9 p.m. at East Haven Funeral Home Inc. In keeping with Fred's wishes, cremation will follow and a celebration of his life and interment will take place at a later date. Flowers are graciously accepted or donations in Fred's memory can be made to the family.
