I t is with great sadness that the family of the late David Scott Murphy announce his passing on Thursday June 16 ^th , 20 22 at Dr. Charles L. Le G row Health Centre at the age of 6 6 years.

Scott was predeceased by his mother; Lillian Murphy, brother s and sister; John, George and Bernice Murphy.

Leaving to mourn with many fond and loving m e mories his father; William Murphy of Port aux Basques, brothers and sisters; Jim (Mary) Murphy, Paul (Rhonda) Murphy, Steve (Karen) Murphy, Madonna Murphy, sister in-law; Norma Murphy all of Port aux Basques, Dan (Lorraine) Matthews of London ON, special friends; Kevin and Joanne Parsons, John Mackenzie, Roland Sheaves and Rick Sheaves, plus a large circle of nieces, nephews and friends.

In keeping with Scott's wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 20 ^th from 7-9 p.m. at East Haven Funeral Home Inc., 57 Grand Bay Road, Port aux Basques. Interment will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Scott are graciously accepted by his family.
