It is with great sadness that the family of the late Annie Hardy announces her passing at the Dr. Charles L LeGrow Health Centre on June 6, 2016 at the age of 100 years. Born in Rose Blanche, Annie was the daughter of the late Thomas & Violet (nee Currie) Hepditch. She was also predeceased by her step father Thomas White, her husband John Hardy, children Clifford Hardy and Mary (Bert) Clarke, companion Sam Billard, grandson Bradley Clarke, brother Claude, sister Rita and son-in-law Roy Currie. She leaves to mourn with many loving memories her children Jack (Yvonne) Hardy Port aux Basques, Gerald (Mary) Hardy Rose Blanche, Joyce (Fred) Wells Burgeo, Rita Currie and Violet (Russell) Clarke, daughter-in-law Shirley Hardy all of Rose Blanche. She will also live on in the memories of her 15 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and 11 great great grandchildren, plus a large circle of nieces, nephews and extended family. Visitation taking place on Wednesday June 8 and Thursday June 9 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. from St. Michael And All Angels Church in Rose Blanche from where the funeral service will be held on Friday, June 10 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Jeffrey Petten officiating. Interment followed at Hillside Haven Cemetery, Isle aux Morts Road. Flowers graciously accepted or donations in Annie's memory may be made to a charity of ones choice.
