Alice Sylvia Hatcher

February 9th, 1965- July 19th, 2025

It is with profound sadness and heavy heavy hearts, that the family of Alice Sylvia Hatcher, announce her passing on Saturaday, July 19, 2025 at Dr. Charles LeGrow Heath Centre, Port aux Basques, NL at the age of 60 years old.

Born in Port Aux Basques, NL Alice was the daughter of the late Gertie and Ross (Patey). She was also predeceased by her her sisters Susan and Liz, brother Russell and nephews Derek and Robert.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories Alison (Karen), Michael and her most precious treasure, her grandson, William, her Sisters Ann, Loretta (Chris), Gladys (Blair), brother Steve and sister in law Shirley (Russell) and many nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins whom she loved so dearly.

In keeping with Alice's wishes, there will be a viewing on Monday July 21st, 2025 from 1-4PM with family prayer to follow at East Haven Funeral Home, 57 Grand Bay Road, Port Aux Basques. Cremation will follow and internment will take place at a later date.

Special thanks going out to Dr. Thomas and the nursing staff for taking such care and compassion in her final days. We will be forever grateful.
